PDO (Protected Designation of Origin)

In order to emphasize and safeguard some historical and traditional foods the European Union has introduced this important acknowledgement.

Both Parma and San Daniele Hams are among the Italian 'salumi' (cured pork meat products) which have obtained the PDO recognition from the European Union. In addition to our PDO hams offer, we are distributing the Iberico Bellota and Puro Bellota hams.
